Our Beliefs
We believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and Earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son Our Lord, Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into Hell; the third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into Heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God, the Father almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Christian Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting. Amen.

Our Values
Holiness
Because we love Jesus, we strive to live lives that bring glory and honor to Him. We desire to know Him deeply and become like Him, so we can make Him known. We are to be holy as He is holy.

Hope
We believe that Jesus is the answer to problems that this world faces and is the one that came to reconcile us back to God. Through Jesus, we are forgiven, restored and set apart for a life of purpose. Our responsibility is to always be ready to give the reason for this hope that we have.

Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit empowers the follower of christ to be a witness and to live a holy life. Our desire is to provide opportunities for people to encounter the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit draws people to God, opening their hearts to receive Him, grow in their faith and then love others.

Humanity
God so loved the world. Each and every person matters to God so they matter to us. We are a church for all people, for all nations. Regardless of whether one believes or not, they are welcome at Heart Prague. We want to provide a place to belong, a place to be loved and a place for people to explore the truths of God’s Word.

Honor
Because each person we meet is made in the image of God, they have value and are significant. We believe that the ground is level at the foot of the cross, so we will value each other accordingly.

Helping
Humility
Through service and generosity – We live generously with open hands, open hearts and open homes. We give our first and our best because we follow the example that Jesus set for us.

Since God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble, we will approach God as servants with humble hearts. We will honor Him as our Lord and Savior. To be like Jesus is to serve. Since Jesus took on the nature of a servant, we will also strive to act with the same nature. In humility, we will consider others more highly than we do ourselves.
